It has been like 4 years now since I have last updated. A lot of things had happened:
1. I live separately with my husband.
2. I got depressed (broke up with the person I love)
3. I got broke.
4. I have a new relationship (we are going 2 years now).
Update:
1. I have 20,000php in time deposit.
2. I got 19,500php in credit card debt.
3. I have AXA (life insurance for 1 million, and investment)
4. I have PhilAm Life (insurance+investment)
5. I have mutual funds, 5,000php
6. I am paying monthly mortgage for a house for 18,000php
7. I am paying monthly mortgage for a condo unit for 42,000php
8. I lost 200,000php due to gambling (I am on my 3rd month since I started it)
9. I got an online business going now and slowly going down thanks to my gambling addiction.
Of all the things I have done and have acquired, and my current situation now. One thing is for sure. It's all in the HEAD!
I GOT STUCK!
When I got stuck, I got emotional imbalanced and poof! I can simply throw away 1,000php in just a matter of seconds.
I am now 31 and it's half of the year already and I am nowhere close to my goal. I am back to zero and almost behind with my bills.
This is what I am planning to do.
SET GOALS - BACKED WITH STRONG REASONS.
