I have not been into this blog lately now I am back updating it...

Here it goes.

People I owe as of Jan. 18, 2011:

Mr. E - 16,000php ($400)
Mr. A - 1,000php
Mr. J - 4,500php
Mrs. S - 1,000php
Ms. Avon - 1,000php
Sisters - 1,000php
Mrs. J - 2,000php
Ms. 2nd - 650php

Total: 26,500php

Monthly expenses:

Electricity = 3,500php
Internet = 2,500php
Groceries = 2,000php
Salary or allowance to hubby = 4,000php
My splurge = 2,000php

Total: 14,000php

Rental for the office = 4,500 canceled paid my last month today, my biz partner Mr. E will start our biz of outsourcing...

Items in the pawnshop:

LCD TV = 3,000php (to be redeemed)
Samsung Champ = 1,500php (to be redeemed)
SE phone = 600php (to be redeemed)
Nokia phone = 1,000php (to be redeemed)

Total: 6,100php

What went wrong?

1. Im a pleaser, I can't say NO! I do not know what's wrong with me. Say for instance Avon lady, I purchase like 1,000-2,000php worth of goods every month and end up junk, I do not need them at the end:(

The ukay-ukay clothes and load purchases on credit. Again, I can't say NO! When she say there is some stuff new, I would grab the opportunity and buy them:(

My husband when pressuring me to give him money for his suppose to be salary yet he did not even work for 1 week, usually he works 2 days like 2-3 hours a day per week. Then, last week he did not work at all and we had an argument end up me being beaten up because I called him a liar when he said that his father died. It is because he asked money from my parents to get phone being pawned yet he end up using the money for beers.

2. I waste time too much. I love playing bejeweled. Imagine I can play about 8-10 hours straight on it and there you go, 1 day with no income.

3. I do not know how to budget money:( I spend and spend and do not keep track on things...

4. I am lazy. Yes, too lazy to go to the bank and get my EON cyber account of which I can use to withdraw money from paypal... which can save me fees instead of exchanging it. For $1,000 the exchange is 37,000php instead of 44,000php, this is huge already...

5. I am a scatter brain. Do not have any plan at all, always has this mind-set "come what may".

6. Act on impulse. I act before I think... and when I think it would be too late especially on my purchases:( One time I spent 1,000php 2 days worth of massage and I do not even get the results that I wanted:(

Things to do this week:

1. Use sun sim (I lost my sun sim gotta find it), 150php for 1 month credit. This will help me minimize spending on credit like Globe. I have chikka account so that helps me a lot, and most of my friends and exchanger in paypal is sun subscriber...

2. Photocopy 5 copies for NAT reviewer.

3. Pay hubby 1,000php to get his phone back @ 600php and 400php for his beer again. Will convince him to work this week.

4. Talk with Mr. E about the business so that we will start to utilize the office this week and earn more money.

5. Pay Avon lady, Mrs. S., Ms. J, Ms. 2nd and Sisters.

6. Money owed to Mr. E will be paid out of my work for the articles like about 10-15 articles a day. Profits will be put into a bank account (joint bank account with him).

7. Go to Sto. Niño Church to pray.

8. Get my EON cyberaccount.

9. My splurge, massage, was thinking of going promo of Club Ultima's own spa "Prana Medispa" 777php includes body scrub, body massage and facial.

I have wasted 17 days already for the raise to million, I have 348 days already in order to achieve this calculations?

Well, 2,873php income per day!

How am I going to do it...


1. Business with Mr. E, provided things will go smoothly by February will be earning money already...

With 3 writers at 10 articles each day for 6 days = 180 articles per week, 720 articles in total for 1 month

$1.5 per article $0.50 per article to the writer, $0.50 (internet, electricity rent of the office), $0.50 profit

Computation:

720 articles x 20php = 14,400php

salary - 14,400php
internet - 1,000php
electricity - 2,000php
rent - 4,500php

total: 21,900php

Profit: 43,200-21,900 = 21,300php/2 = 10,650php/month

2. Freelance article writing

Target income = $1,000 / 20 days = $50/day

3. Salary in School = 2,000php put in bank

(Not too long be resigning on February, still thinking about it)

4. Give Mrs. L capital of 50,000php or 100,000php in total and wish to double it in 8 months time...earnings put into a bank.

5. Savings want to go to HSBC and deposit 100,000php before the year ends. At least it will earn interest there and good for show money when I will go overseas for vacation or business travels soon.

I think this is it! Will update later today as to my spendings and earnings. This is going to be time consuming but worth it! Ciao...
